Superintendent's Message
Moulton ISD would like to extend a very warm welcome to Chris Ulcak who was named the Superintendent of Moulton ISD at the board meeting on Thursday May 7th, 2020. Mr. Ulcak comes to us most recently from Goliad ISD where he was the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum/Instruction. Prior to that he was the Superintendent/Principal at Nursery ISD. Mr. Ulcak is a graduate of Hallettsville High, attended the University of Texas at Austin earning both a Bachelors and Masters degree, and earned an additional Masters degree from Texas State University.
"It is my honor and privilege to have the opportunity to join the Moulton ISD team. My family and I are extremely excited and looking forward to being part of the community. Most recently I served as Asst. Superintendent for Goliad ISD and prior to that I was the Principal/Superintendent at Nursery ISD. I grew up outside of Hallettsville and am ecstatic to be back in the area near family and friends. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to the Moulton ISD Board of Trustees and community for the warm welcome and I am looking forward to a wonderful tenure as the Superintendent of Moulton ISD."
